What I Got For Christmas 2015!

I can't quite believe Christmas is over, although some could argue that today is practically Christmas Day all over again. That hasn't been the case for me! I'm currently sitting on the sofa in my new pjs and dressing gown, fluffy socks on, no makeup, hair in a messy bun eating all the chocolate in sight! Christmas is always over within a blink of an eye. You spend months leading up to the big day, and then it's all over for another year!

Last Christmas, Chanel completely hit the nail on the head when it came to Christmas gifts.There's something about Chanel that would make anyone extremely happy to open on Christmas Day, especially with the gorgeous packaging. I thought I would round up the Chanel products I'm lucky enough to own, and give you a little rundown on my thoughts. If you've been a reader of my blog for a while, you may or may not remember that I did indeed have more lip products than the above featured. Current Favourites

Hi everyone! I was considering calling this a September Favourites post as I photographed all these photos way before I'm writing it up today (talk about disorganised!), but September is too far gone for that. It's nearly the end of October so I couldn't really justify it. Instead, I've decided to call it my current favourites because these products I'm still using on a day to day basis and loving them dearly. So without further ado, let's get into it.

Lush Christmas Haul

Ahh Lush - possibly the only shop that actually excites me to the point I give a little scream of joy inside. Whilst I was in Town on Saturday, I noticed they had all the Christmas products out. My god.. it made my entire weekend. I was like an excited child in a sweet shop. .literally. I don't think anyone can go into Lush and resist buying anything - if you can I'm extremely jealous of you! There are a few more bits and pieces I want to get from the Christmas collection so I'm sure you'll be seeing a part 2 haul very soon!

Steps To Having A Productive Day

There's nothing like sitting back at the end of a day knowing you've completed everything that needed to be done, is there? Although, getting to that point is quite difficult. A Trip To Brighton

About a month ago, I went back to one of my favourite places, Brighton. I don't know what it is about Brighton that makes me love it. It's just got a holiday vibe to it, and perhaps because we were extremely lucky with the weather. The lanes are very Pinterest like decorated with pretty bunting and cute little shops. Each lane leads off to another - it's quite easy to get lost!

My Top 3 Bronzers

I'm typing this as it's currently tipping it down with rain so I thought I'd squeeze in a last summer related post as we're soon approaching my favourite time of year - yay! I never used to like the time of year that's approaching. I was always a spring/summer girl, but half of the weather this summer has been rainy so I'm looking forward to getting out the boots and big coats! I don't know what it is but something about Bonfire Night, Halloween, Christmas and even New Year all excite me immensely. Anyway, for the purpose of this post I'm going to pretend it's not raining outside, I'm in fact going to picture a sunny hot day to put on a bit of bronzer!

My Mac Lipstick Collection

Isn't there something really satisfying about a row of lipsticks - just me? I was contemplating whether or not actually calling this post a collection because I will admit, it's not exactly a collection. I don't really splash out on Mac lipsticks all that much unless I'm in the spending mood or I'm near a Mac store which is practically impossible these days because there isn't one near me, but saying that, the Mac lipsticks that I do own, I absolutely adore. There's just something about the neat black packaging that is pleasing to the eye. Is it bad that I even love the smell?!

New Favourite Summer Necklace

Hi everyone! As the weather has been very hot recently, I thought I'd talk about a summer jewellery piece that I have been loving. Although, whilst I type this, it's currently really cloudy and picking to rain. I'm not one to wear a lot of jewellery. It's only recently that I have started to wear a lot more than I usually would. New Favourite Affordable Bronzer

Oh how I do love a good contour. Saying that, I do find it hard sometimes to find the 'perfect' contour shade especially for the pale girls out there. Strolling around Tesco the other day, as a blogger does, I decided to have a browse at the beauty section. Tesco surprisingly have a huge beauty area with lots of things going on such as nails being painted, brows being shaped - it's insane! When I came across the Barbara Daly Velvet Touch Bronzer in the shade Natural bronze and it was love at first sight.

As much as all things beauty hold a huge place in my heart, skincare isn't one of them. I've stuck to the same skincare routine for years and I just don't bother as much with my skin as I probably should do.
