*This is a sponsored post so these products were kindly gifted to me by the brand but all opinions are my own. |
Myself and nail painting have never really got on. I'm quite lazy when it comes to my nails and I find myself keeping on the same nail polish for weeks on end! Ask me questions on contouring any day, but nail care I won't know the answer! The Edge Nails is a brand I was introduced to last month, which I hadn't heard of before then.
Starting with the nail polishes - I got to try The Edge Nails Polish in Santa Rosa* and the Top Coat*. The bottles are a fairly decent size which I was pleased about because some nail polishes from other brands are quite small and you don't get a lot of polish. When I applied the polish Santa Rosa, it is quite watery as you can see from the picture below. It seemed to go all over my nail as it was literally falling off the brush and because it's quite thin, you have to apply a few layers which led to it all over my nail. Other than that, if you apply small amounts if you have the patience to sit and wait (unlike me!), then you might be able to make it work.

Last but not least, the super cute vintage themed nail files* which might have caught your eye in the photos above if you're anything like me and love floral prints. Personally I think these would be great for a stocking filler present or just a present alongside a few other bits for some of your girlies for Christmas. I'm absolutely in love with the files and I can't stop looking at them!
